SEPTEMBER 18, 2018 - Thought leaders in women's and reproductive health will gather for Morehouse School of Medicine's (MSM) 23rd Annual HeLa Symposium "Birthing Babies: A Solution Symposium to Address the Crisis of African-American Maternal and Infant Mortality." MSM is partnering with March of Dimes for the day-long event on Friday, September 28 at MSM's Louis W. Sullivan National Center for Primary Care.

JUNE 25, 2018 - Morehouse School of Medicine, in partnership with UnitedHealth Group, launched its third annual High School Community Health Worker (HSCHW) Training Program, which seeks to increase the number of trained student community health workers to engage family, peers and community members in strategies for better health.

APRIL 2, 2018 - On March 27, 2018, Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) held its inaugural Drs. Peter and Marlene MacLeish Endowed Lectureship Lectures presented by Nobel Prize winner Martin Chalfie, Ph.D. MSM raised more than $250,000 for the lectureship.
