• How to log into Canvas when it prompts students to change their password or if facilitators are having login problems overall?

• How do you access Flipgrid?
  Flipgrid is accessed directly through Canvas.
• How do you grade Flipgrid assignments?
  Assignments are graded the same as all Canvas assignments. Select the Flipgrid assignment, click Speed grader, and the Flipgrid video will populate. Enter the grade, add a comment (optional), and click submit to record the grade. 
• What score do students have to get to complete the training?
  85% or higher on the end-of-course test and completion of all assignments with pre/post-quizzes completed. 
• When will students receive their certificates?
  After all required assignments and quizzes are reviewed for satisfactory completion.
• How do the students get access to their certificates?
  The facilitator will check the Canvas course for required assignments and quizzes and send the names to the Health Tech Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator. The coordinator will verify students have met satisfactory requirements and will send a post course survey to the students and facilitator. Once the surveys have been completed, the coordinator will open the module to allow downloads of certificates by the students and facilitator.
