Healthy Campus Week

Overview

GetFit Workout: Weekly workouts on Mondays at 5:30 pm SHARP. Meet us at the first floor atrium in the NCPC building.

Wellness Tip and Challenge: Each week will feature a brief wellness tip, and a wellness challenge will be called for the entire group. Complete the weekly challenge and post your proof on our Social Media page (picture or video) to get in the drawing for a special prize!

Wellness Assessments, Goal Setting, and Peer Support: Each member will have an opportunity to sign up for a wellness assessment and a brief goal-setting consultation. Wellness assessments will resume January 2017 on an appointment basis. Every week we will do a goal check-in before/after the GetFit workout to keep each other accountable!

Team Building Events: Various team-building wellness activities (e.g., field days, challenge courses, spa days, healthy food demonstrations, etc.) will be organized by GetFit MSM on a monthly basis. Events are open to the MSM community!
