|The Office of Extended Professional Education is a key partner in the IMPACT on Health Disparities in HIV Prevention CME/CE learning initiative. Our participation and unique insights, along with those
of the other partners, in implementing effective HIV prevention measures in underserved
communities has formed the foundation for this successful HIV prevention collaborative.
All of the activities that comprise the IMPACT curriculum are now available to learners.
This important initiative, available on myCME, is providing value to the many primary care clinicians who are integral in HIV prevention and care. Their engagement in the online activities, live events, and resources of the curriculum, which provide the most current clinical education to help optimize HIV-prevention efforts in at-risk populations, has been verified by the strong participation to date. More than 7,000 clinicians have participated in the activities and over 3,000 CME/CE certificates have been issued.
