Victoria Revelle, MPH, CHES is a 2014 alumna of MSM’s Master of Public Health Program. Revelle will
present a national webinar October 21 at 3:00 pm in celebration of National Health Education week. The webinar is titled "Health Education
Today: Partnering for Success."
On October 9, the MHC staff from both the Howell Mill and CFHC campuses attended their first annual retreat.
A full agenda was planned by MHC’s Directors Charisse Braxton (Director of Clinical Operations) and Louis Simmons (Director of Practice Operations). The staff enjoyed an afternoon of food, fellowship
and fun through learning and team building activities. Carmen Coggins, Nurse/Practice Manager of CFHC, and Latrisha Horne, Administrative Assistant, were both recognized for Outstanding Service.
From October 16 - 18, 2015, Dr. Quentin T. Smith participated in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Breast Cancer Walk -- his third time doing so after completing the 3-Day in both 2008 and 2013.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, MSM’s OB/GYN Interest Group will be selling pens, key chains and wristbands to fundraise
for the Breast Cancer Walk on October 24th. We will be fundraising throughout the rest of October in the Hugh Gloster Lobby from
12:30-1:30 pm.
On September 1, MSM Travel & Expense implemented the travel phase of its new premier travel and expense system, Concur. Concur is available to all MSM employees who travel on official business and implemented
its expense phase on October 1.
In an effort to increase the overall efficiencies at MSM, the Operations Department
has launched its Operational Excellence initiative and provided a webpage and email link to the MSM community as a new communication tool to provide suggestions for process
improvements.
MSM just purchased a year-long membership to AI Pro, a service from Academic Impressions (AI) offering access to a variety of professional
